About the Company
Blooming Boutique, LLC was founded by Michiko Seto. Michiko has an education in business and fashion merchandising from the University of Delaware. In addition, she started working in the industry over 20 years ago and has had her own businesses since 1994.

Blooming Boutique strongly believes that as a company it is our responsibility to contribute to those individuals in need. Blooming Boutique, LLC is proud to sponsor the following charities:


Oprah's Angel Network - is dedicated to inspiring people to make a difference in the lives of others. Oprah's Angel Network seeks to support and fund organizations and individuals dedicated to assisting people with basic human needs, regaining dignity, and with educational initiatives. Organizations that encourage participants to return their gifts through social service are often recognized. Breast Cancer Research Foundation - funds clinical and genetic research into the causes and treatment of breast cancer. The foundation was incorporated to address a crucial lack of funding for clinical and genetic research, and to bring lifesaving discoveries from the laboratory to the bedside of every woman suffering from this disease. A minimum of 85% of all funds raised goes to breast cancer research grants and awareness programs. www.bcrfcure.org
