How do I read your product dimensions?
For handbags and tote bags, dimensions of 12x5x8 read as follows:
The first number (12) refers to the length (bottom), the second
number (5) refers to the width (bottom), and the third number (8)
refers to the height.
How are Blooming Boutique’s handbags
made?
Blooming Boutique’s handbags are hand woven and hand dyed in the
tropical island of Madagascar. Raffia is a natural product
obtained from the fronds of the raffia palm which is well known
for its high quality and strength. Because each bag is from
natural fiber and handmade, colors and sizes may vary slightly.
Since the dyes are hand-mixed with no pre-set recipe a “pink” on
one handbag invariably looks a bit different from “pink” on
another. Of course, all dyes are formulated to resist fading. This
truly does allow for a one-of-a-kind look.
Once the handbags arrive at Blooming Boutique, we custom design
each bag with trims and flowers selected by you, the customer.
How safe is ordering online?
Ordering from BloomingBoutique.com is secure and private. For your
security, orders on our site are encrypted (scrambled) with SSL
technology so that for the brief period of time your information
travels over the Internet, nobody can read it. If you are still

Do you take telephone orders?
We encourage you to order online for the fastest possible service,
but please feel free to call in your order. Call us at

will return your phone call as promptly as possible.
Do you backorder items?
At BloomingBoutique.com we do not backorder items. If you wish to
be notified as to when our new shipments arrive, please join our
e-mail list.
How do I return a purchase?
Please note: Personalized items may not be returned unless they
are damaged. If damaged, we will replace the damaged item only.
Please contact us within 48 hours at 1-302-645-8244 if your order
is damaged during shipping.
Can I change my order after I've placed
it, and how do I do this?
Maybe. Since we fill orders as fast as we can, you have to be
pretty fast yourself if you want to change your order. A change
made within minutes will be certain to take effect. A change made
within hours still has a good chance. Next day is far less likely.
To notify us of a change, just send us an e-mail. We will e-mail
back to let you know whether or not we were able to accommodate
your request.
